Board of Adjustment/Appeal – Meets when needed

The Board of Adjustment/Appeal have the power to hear and determine appeals from the refusal of building permits, appeals resulting from administrative decisions and to permit exception to or variation from the zoning regulations.  The Board issues orders and recommends actions to the City Council for repair or removal of substandard and dangerous buildings.
